The Mecosta County Council for the Arts, incorporated in 1976 as a non-profit organization, has as its primary goal the enrichment of the quality of life by bringing the Arts, visual, performing and literary, to the community and schools. Other goals include the sponsorship of programs for opportunities in creative expression.
